Homework

Daily homework in 2nd grade will be to:

Read at least 15 minutes every night
Practice math facts at home
Eureka Math Worksheets as needed
Time on a school sponsored computer program: Lexia or Pathblazers
Play
Get a good night's sleep

Although other homework will not be assigned, I know that some students like to do extra practice at home. For those students and for their parents who support them, I will offer optional homework or extra practice work.

Optional Homework May Include:

A short book review of a book they are reading at home

Math practice pages (these will not be required to be returned to school)

Vocabulary Word Sort

Playing a math game with someone at home
