To keep our brains active and ready to learn, you are encouraged to send a healthy morning snack for your child to eat while working.
Requests for Snack Time
Please pack your student's snack separately from their lunch so they can find it easily.
Students may bring a water bottle for snack or to hydrate throughout the day. The
water bottle must not have a removable lid...it must have a straw or sippy lid.
Please do not send juice or milk for snack time.
Because we will have a "working" snack, please try to send food that doesn't require forks or spoons. Snacks that aren't messy will be very helpful and very appreciated.
Candy, cookies, chips of any kind, and other dessert items are not acceptable snacks. Your child will not be allowed to eat those snacks in the classroom. They must be saved for lunch.
